"The villa is pleasant enough situated just down the road from the village. We had several issues with it when we arrived but they were quickly sorted out by Claudia and her father who were both endlessly helpful. Watch out for biting insects which were a real plague despite insect repellent and citronella candles. Scopello is a pleasant little village with some nice places to eat. It seems to host a wedding every night so can be quite noisy. There are some lovely but rocky beaches nearby and...
