We were delighted to see that the bedrooms have had a big upgrade this year with new (very comfy) beds, bedding and carpets. As said in our last review; the house is warm, comfortable, well equipped, quiet and in a super location. Would thoroughly recommend. It's an easy walk to beautiful beaches and the Temple and an easy drive to even more beautiful beaches. Beautiful views across the Northton salt flats to the Harris hills/Luskentyre. 5 minute drive to Leverburgh for shop/restaurant/ferry to Berneray."

"This is no ordinary pod. It is beautifully presented with so much thought given to it's furnishing. I didn't expect to find a wine fridge or induction hob, but there they were. The towels are luxurious and the toiletries are classy. There are even pods provided for the Nespresso machine! The fridge is stocked with essentials, and even some non-essential treats. Just as importantly, I was given a proper warm welcome on arrival. I loved my stay here. PS The eggs were delicious."

"This is a beautiful bungalow, well equipped and perfectly located for visiting Benbecula and the Uists. Our host was extremely helpful and always very quick to respond. We had a ferry cancellation and he offered us an extra night as he had no other guests expected which was extremely kind. He also gave us lots of tips for places to visit and where to eat.The home is spacious and close to a supermarket, baker, butcher and a couple of places to eat. There is a lovely beach 10 minutes walk away. We reported a small issue which was fixed quickly.Altogether a wonderful stay in a lovely home."
