Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.

The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I did feel as though the room was too warm even with the AC on and I wish there was a microwave and ice machine available to guests. I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if possible.

Fantastic house
Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Location is amazing if you’re doing anything at the track or just want to say you’ve been there. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and there is a restaurant and casino on site. The lobby bar has a great atmosphere.
