For shared use: terrace. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 2.7 km, railway station "Angererbach-Ahrnbach" 550 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 3.7 km. Gondola lift 2.5 km, skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochfügen-Hochzillertal 2.5 km, Zillertal Arena Zell 6 km, Mayrhofen 15 km. Discovered thermal baths in 9km. This nice holiday home located in height has a magnificent view of the surroundings while lying 500m from the valley floor. In case of snowfall, it is necessary to put the chains. All facilities are easily accessible. Private use garages in the basement.
3-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 220 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, radio and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Balcony, large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Een net en goed vakantiehuis, zelf zou ik naast de bank bij de lamp een tafeltje zetten voor een glaasje of hapje. En in de keuken een theedoek en keukenhanddoek.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben diesen Urlaub einfach genossen. Schade, dass dieser tolle Urlaub schon zuende ist. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Gut erholt und entspannt

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bei Fragen immer gut beraten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wetter hat gut mitgespielt, wir konnten jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken - mit Blick auf die Berge. Aschau, Kaltenbach und Stumm sind für kleinere Einkäufe gut zu Fuß erreichbar ( ca. 25 Minuten). Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Haus hat alles was man braucht (Pfannen, Töpfe, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Backofen, Spülmaschine…) K. hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir durften auch schon früher in das Haus. Sauber war es auch:) Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die frühe Abreise um 9Uhr schon.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub in Aschau und wurden von K. herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, sie war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vermieterin und Familie sind sehr herzlich und haben uns während des Aufenthaltes mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abseits, aber doch mittendrin im Zillertal mit einer tollen Aussicht vom Balkon. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Danke K. für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Die Zimmer befanden sich in einen sehr guten Zustand. Die Ruhe und die Ausicht haben wir sehr genossen. Da das Zillertal sehr viel zu bieten hat, konnten wir in der Zeit nicht alles in Anspruch nehmen, so das wir wieder hier her zurück kommen werden.Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber haben wir als sehr herzlich empfunden. Alles in allen ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Hervorragend, absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Es ist eine absolute Spitze, die Lage ist hervorragend mit einer tollen Aussicht und das Objekt absolut sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein Holzofen für die Gemütlichkeit an einem frischen Tag. Die Gastgeberin verdient jeden LOB !!!! Fantastische Frau die man einfach gerne hat, anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Wir empfehlen es definitiv weiter, hier kann man ganz sicher eine schöne Zeit erleben. LOB ! LOB ! LOB !
