Quiet and surrounded by nature, the apartment is only 5 minutes drive from Fügen. In the village center of Fügen you can not only stroll comfortably, but also let yourself be pampered culinary. Self-service providers will also find supermarkets and bakers there. The Spieljoch ski area is only a 10-minute drive from the property. by car. In summer you can go hiking or walking directly from the property. For example to the Goglhof - in the winter with tobogganing. The apartment Colleen is newly built. Up to 8 people can be accommodated here. In addition to 3 bedrooms with bath / WC and separate toilet, there is an additional sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a view of the countryside provide all the comforts of home. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber bei der Anreise. Auf der Terrasse bzw im Garten hat man bis zum späten Nachmittag Sonne. Bis zur nächsten Saison würden wir allerdings empfehlen manche Stühle und Matratzen auszutauschen. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir im Vorhinein gewusst hätten dass der Kamin nicht benutzt werden darf oder bis wann sie den Pool beheizen. Wie auch in den vorherigen Bewertungen erwähnt, war das Besteck teilweise knapp bemessen und nur ein Backrost war im Ofen vorhanden. ##### Chantal E. Wir reisten mit 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 6-9 Jahre) an und hatten genügend Platz. Ein kleiner Garten mit beheizten Pool und einer Kletter-Schaukel (Nestschaukel & normale Schaukel) stehen für die kleinen direkt im Garten. Die Vermieter, welche direkt oben drüber wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie störten nicht unseren Aufenthalt und beim zufälligen aufeinandertreffen, durfte ein netter Plausch nicht fehlen. Alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir bequem von der Unterkunft aus erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung reichhaltig vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und sehr sauber; wir waren zu acht, für sechs Personen ist sie aufgrund der drei Schlafzimmer perfekt. Besonders gut hat uns der gemütliche Anbau mit Kamin gefallen. Die Wohnung, die im Erdgeschoss liegt (die Vermieter wohnen darüber), hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem der Pool, der Grill und die tolle Kaffeemaschine. Ausreichend Platz für unsere Räder gab es auch. Leider haben die Vermieter eindeutig an der Qualität der Betten gespart. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach: die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet mit Töpfen, 6 x Geschirr und Besteck, so dass das Kochen für fünf Personen schon schwierig ist. Hier darf gerne nachgebessert werden (mehr Geschirr und Gläser, großer Topf, Reibe, Auflaufform usw. ). Man muss bis auf die Bettwäsche alles selber mitbringen, z.B. auch einen Fön, Handtücher, Gewürze, Öl, Bücher, Spiele usw.. Da wir das aufgrund der Vorbemerkungen geahnt haben, hatten wir aber keine Probleme. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Wir würden wiederkommen. ##### Anke S. (auf der Karte sah es viel näher aus!) Wir reisten mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern an, eine lange, schlecht abgesicherte und somit gefährliche Treppe führte uns zur geräumigen, hellen Wohnung. Leider gab es keine Handtücher, nur eine unzureichende Küchenausstattung, nichts für Kinder (wie etwa Plastikgeschirr, Hochstuhl, Babybett, ....) Die tolle Kaffeemaschine defekt, ebenso wie die Duschgarnitur oder der Toilettensitz im Bad. Keine Leselampe am Bett aber insgesamt 4 Flachbildfernsehen! Unsere Gästekarten mussten wir selbst im Dorf abholen. Trotz allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, auch wenn der Preis für das Gebotene absolut zu hoch war. (...und der volle Mietpreis, nicht nur eine Anzahlung, wurde direkt nach der Buchung - bei uns ca. 6 Monate vor Anreise!!!) Erfreulich: in direkter Nachbarschaft ein guter Gasthof mit teilweise überdachtem Spielplatz und einem Tiergehege! Wenigstens etwas für unsere kleinen Mitreisenden! Wir konnten unser Wochenende in der nagelneuen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Alles ist nach den neusten Standards, es gibt sogar einen Pool im Garten. Da die Wohnung am Berg liegt, konnten wir direkt von dort aus wandern gehen. ##### Franziska L.
