Staff was top tier with amazing customer service. Room was very clean with an amazing view of the city. Valet was a very reasonable price and super easy to get your car. Loved being right by navy pier and didn’t have to leave the hotel once because we had everything we needed within walking distance. I would recommend for families traveling or even solo travelers as well. I will definitely be back very soon!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Perfect location for exploring downtown Chicago and a quick walk to the “L”. Minor complaint is that the shower had no door so water would spill into the bathroom.
