"Wie der check-in ablaufen sollte, wurde überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt. Nur durch eine Email wurde man informiert, daß die Kurkarte vom Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Bensersiel verteilt wird. Erhalten habe ich diese nie. Der Schlüssel lag ohne vorherige Information auf der Theke der unbesetzten Rezeption ..."

"Es gab den ganzen Aufenthalt über kein WLAN auch andere Gäste informierten die Angestellten darüber. Das Sofa hatte Flecken und am ersten Tag sah ich ein kleines Tierchen zum Glück keine weiteren. Die Küche hatte Spülmittel Salz und Pfeffer.. die Handtücher sind klein kann man aber benutzen."
