My stay at 1 Hotel Toronto was genuinely wonderful from start to finish. The Flora Lounge is a highlight — the lush greenery creates a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere unlike any hotel bar I’ve visited. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Yaz was warm, engaging, and spot-on with every menu recommendation. The woman managing the pool on Sunday afternoon (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was equally delightful. At Harriet’s, Alejandra (Ale) brought such genuine kindness and attentiveness to every interaction. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, Jonah, Ify, and Shamar handled everything with patience and efficiency. I couldn’t have felt more looked after. I left feeling like family rather than a guest, and I’m already planning my return with my mom and sister. À bientôt! 🌿

TV and AC in the room did not work well. We asked to have it fixed multiple times and they didn’t check it or fix it. Room was clean and staff were friendly! Great location! Can walk everywhere from there.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay and will definetly book back here the next time we visit Toronto. The staff were very pleasent and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and clean and the complimentary buffet breakfast was fantastic. You wont be disapointed if you choose to stay at this hotel.
