Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. "What an absolutely phenomenal experience! What began as an unexpected overnight stop turned into one of the most memorable highlights of my trip. I was driving toward Frankfurt when it started getting late, so I called the hotel to inquire about accommodations and amenities. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin, who immediately impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, making me feel like a valued guest before I even arrived. Upon check-in, Justin exceeded expectations once again! His warm welcome, attention to detail, and thoughtful explanation of the hotel’s amenities demonstrated a level of service rarely encountered today. He is truly an exceptional ambassador for this property! The hotel itself was equally remarkable.
