The hotel is located in Altstadt of Basel on a quite street. It's 15 min by walk from Basel SBB or 2 stops away by street car. Museums, cafes restaurants, groceries, and other shops are short walk away from the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Overall, I'm satisfied.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Very comfortable hotel and accommodating staff throughout our five night visit. Location is ideal: only two blocks from the lakeside promenade, and roughly a 10 minute walk to Old Town, it is right on the 11 and 15 tram lines which run frequently and cover pretty much everywhere needed. The location is ideal for accessing Zurich sites without the crowding of Old Town. Very nicely done breakfast in pleasant dining area. For other meals, there are lots of good restaurants within a couple blocks. Definitely the place we'd stay on a return trip to Zurich.
