The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

"We enjoyed our 10 day stay in this hotel. It was clean and quiet. They had flavored water in the lobby, which was nice. They give beverage vouchers if you forgo cleaning your room. Which we did half of the time we stayed. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The hotel is across the street from Antwerpen-Centraal ..."
