The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. L’attitude du personnel était déplorable et l’expérience globale a été vraiment catastrophique. C’est le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais séjourné ! La manière dont les chambres ont été attribuées m’a donné le sentiment d’avoir subi une discrimination. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel aux voyageurs asiatiques.
