I had a fantastic stay at Hotel L’Ill in Strasbourg! The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk from the heart of the old town and all the main sights. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Strasbourg—great value, wonderful people, and an unbeatable location.

Great location, super lobby and courtyard and very nice room. The location was terrific and the staff lovely. We will return.

There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was superb.Our room roomy and wonderful view towards Black Forest. Worth the money and fully enjoyed the stay.

am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother. Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them. However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously.
