In order to use the plug I had to use a kitchen utensil to remove it.Safety incident – Most seriously my child slipped in the kitchen due to water leaking from the bathroom above & sustained an injury. This was a key reason for us leaving the property early.We were not shown or given access to the third bedroom in the annex despite having paid for it. Access was only provided after we raised the issue & it took over 24 hours to receive a response.There was no conventional oven or washing machine, neither of which was made clear before booking. This made our stay significantly more difficult.The beds were not made up & the property was not in clean condition.The “hot tub” provided was a small inflatable model that could not accommodate a family.
