"Plenty of parking out front, the rooms were really clean and the staff was really great. My only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke and when I left my clothes smelled like it. It did not smell very well at all."

"The owners are very kind and accommodating. They were able to get a corkscrew to us the same day we asked about one and were very accommodating when we needed to check out late. Would rent from them again!"

"Stayed here for Rockville. The place was a good value since it sits right on the beach with private steps down to the water. A great porch to sit and look out at the ocean view. 3 rooms are very good size with comfortable beds. There is an additional room that has two sets of bunk beds that is tiny. I think it would be better to remove the one set of beds to make it a bit more comfortable. There is only one bathroom and the toilet had some issues but it worked for us and Ken had a guy coming to work on it the last day. Where the place really shined though was with Ken the owner. He was very communicative and receptive to all our feedback. He also let us know that if we ran into any trouble at the concert that we could give him a call for help. True to his word when the venue had to pause because of a bad storm he reached out to make sure we were ok and to ask if we needed anything.Thanks Ken!"

"This house was PERFECT for our extended group, who came in for our son's college graduation. It wasn't too far from restaurants, beach access and view were amazing-we miss waking up to that view every morning. Property management was communicative and easy to work with. We even got to briefly meet the owners who were lovely. We would definitely book this house again!"

"I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. When I contacted Expedia they listened to the manager even when I offered to go back and take pictures, saying “the manager says there is enough room”. After very long discussions, with 3 different people I was offered 24$ to be used on a following stay. Expedia said they have no possible way to return my payment. Since they have no control; their claim of being a travel assistance is invalid."

"Location was key for my family. Close to many attractions and easy to get around. Kids had so much fun in pool although the outside area was rather unkept. "

"The condo was exactly how it is listed and shown. It is a very nicely maintained condo just a little smaller that I expected but perfect for us. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishware, etc for cooking. Balcony is ocean side with a great view. King size bed with a small bathroom w/shower off of the master bedroom. Full size bath off the hall near the other bedroom. We were very comfortable with our stay and felt safe there. We will definitely be staying again."
