Lovely apartment, modern & cosy. We felt very relaxed. We have stayed several times at the b&b but we decided to have a change this time & it was worth it.

The view from the apartment was amazing. Having a dining area overlooking the ocean was fantastic. The only big downside was how unclean the apartment was especially the kitchen. The hot water and water pressure also left alot to be desired.

Very nice appartement. We were 3 and had everything we need. Some very good restaurant near by, coop and gas few steps away and easy driving to York. We would definitively come back.

Beautiful
Beautiful clean apartment. The decor and quality of furniture was fantastic. Tom answered all our queries before our stay and welcomed us on our arrival. Everything was perfect, my only (small) gripe is that the 1 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and although there is a sea view, it depends on the size of the vehicle parked in front of the window. I would much prefer an apartment on a higher floor but these are all 2 bedroom.

Basment apartment
Lovley apartment peaceful very comfortably. Dvd was broken however when i told them On check out said they could of swapped it so should of asked. Would definitely stay again thankyou

The Helaina luxury apartment 2019
Amazing apartments over looking the quiet North bay. 15 minute walk to Scarborough sea front. Beautifully decorated to a high standard. Staff friendly and very helpful. Come with own kitchen with everything you could need. Dishwasher fridge freezer etc.

From the nice greeting to the smart, warm, decently equipped apartment, and the good location overlooking the north bay, we really enjoyed our stay at the Helaina Luxury Apartments. Decent wifi connection. The beds were comfortable and we liked the super soft towels provided.

Nice but Could Have been better
Went on long weekend with my wife and son. First thing first its location is very good. Even a fancy 5 star couldn't hv matched it. We lived in 5th apartment and views from living room were to die for. Just amazing. Services and cleanliness was very impressive and was more than happy. Space was goood and facilities were better. Only couple of issues. Parking is a big issue if you decided to go out at night as finding parking next to appartments is almost impossible at night or evening. We had apartment 5. Living room, kitchen & bathroom were perfect but bedroom were smaller than seen in picture and single bed were ever smaller and bit uncomfy too. Apart from that rest was all good and had good time with wife n kid.

WoW! We normally stay at another apartment nearby but I'm so glad it was full as we would never have found this gem, we visit scarborough once a month to see our friends and it is always good to entertain them hence why we choose apartments and it's ideal for our children too. Next time we visit I will without doubt be checking availability here 1st it's am amazing place and the staff are fantastic!! 10/10

Helaina Luxury in Scarborough
This was a quality apartment. Very Contemporary and had a luxury feel about it. It was spotlessly clean.The owners had ensured that the heating was on so it was cosy warm when we arrived on a chilly afternoon. Check in and out was simple and Tom the owner was on hand to answer any questions. We had the basement apartment and this had a lovely double bedroom and a separate smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Bed was very comfortable and linen pristine. Open plan living area with a flat screen TV above the fireplace made for easy living..:>).Well stocked kitchen utensils and all cooking amenities. The apartment egress is onto Queens Parade and direct access to the North Marine Parade and beaches.You can alos walk to Peasholm Park in about 15/20 minutes and into the town in about 10 mins or so quite handily placed.I would definitely recommend this place.My only grumbles were for the bath you had to run the hot water at "half speed" to get piping hot water and the Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss.Other than that...super.
