Sleeping up to ten guests across five bedrooms, The Townhouse @ Scarborough has everything you need to enjoy a luxurious self-catering stay with your loved ones. What’s more, dogs are also welcome! The Space: The Townhouse @ Scarborough maintains a roomy feel throughout. Guests can really make the living room a family hub during their stay as they sit around the table, or in front of the flat-screen TV in the evening. Head into the kitchen and you’ll find a modern space which is fully-equipped with the modern appliances you need to make the most of your self-catering stay in Scarborough. With grey cabinets and light wooden work surfaces, this is a stylish space within the property. To the rear of the kitchen is where you’ll find a play room which is what makes The Townhouse @ Scarborough the perfect location for family retreats. With a flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4, as well as books, your little ones are guaranteed to be kept entertained during their stay. There is also a separate WC available in this room. On a warmer day, head outside and relax on the terrace which has seating available. Three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, and another two on the second floor. On the first floor, you’ll find three double rooms, one of which is an en-suite with a shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor. The second floor bedrooms are both twins. All beds at The Townhouse @ Scarborough are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure that all guests have a great night’s sleep during their stay. You will also find a second family bathroom on this floor, boasting a bathtub, shower, WC and basin. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Townhouse are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Pay & display parking is available in Scarborough. No car? No problem. Scarborough Train Station is just a 20 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield. There are plenty of bus services too. Route 12 takes you to the neighbouring seaside towns of Filey and Bridlington, while the X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop-offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby. We were celebrating his parents 80th birthdays. We needed to use the car to and from the property but for normal we could have parked up and accessed everything we needed on foot. We had plenty room in the property and didn’t feel like we were in each others way. Would certainly recommend this property to others. Only downside was the property is in need of some exterior attention ie weeds quite bad out front. Cafe a few doors down was a favourite of us all . ##### Craig B. The agent who rents out the house is very responsive.. the beds bathrooms kitchen was clean . Now our issue we had 6 children and it was FREEZING the owners had control of the heating the temperature outside was freezing this is an old house so as soon as the heating went off (which it came on at 8.45 in the evening for and hour and not on a morning for waking up . The first night the heating was great the night after it came on as I was going to bed there were 4 adults and 6 children and a dog with hats scarfs and 3 pairs of socks on ! This was not comfortable at all or acceptable… I emailed them and the last evening the heating was turned on but then again in the morning and freezing .. so would have been brilliant if we could have comfortably control the heat in the house so for this reason this is why I cannot give a brilliant review because for most of the stay we were miserable and cold after a long day out all we wanted to be was cosy ##### Sarah B.
