"The water slides were under renovation, would have been nice to have a notice about that. The pool was very cold; the rooms were run down and don't appear to have been deep cleaned in a significant period of time. The tv has some sort of mystery shut off set, there's no sleep timer or any timer set on it, it just shut off every 20 to 30 minutes."

"Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted regarding compensation for the inconvenience. Never heard a word and upon follow up told sorry we aren’t the manager. Were in room 109 and the door needed to be body checked to close. Richard we met the first day, he was extremely helpful and catering. He told us he was just temporary helping out from Arizona. "
