"大人4人と1歳未満の子供と泊まりました。お部屋はとても新しくてキレイで、食器やコンロや電子レンジや冷蔵庫や炊飯器など必要な物は全てある感じでした。驚いたのは食卓には子供用のイスがありとてもありがたかった。浴槽もとても大きくて気持ち良かった。朝起きた時に正面に海が見えて最高な景色でした。気になった点は乾燥機能付き洗濯機の使い方が調べないとわからなかったので、洗剤を入れる所とか置いてある洗剤の使用量など簡単な説明が置いてあると嬉しいです。作動音も大きめなので早目の時間に使用するのがいいと思います。とてもいい宿だったので機会があればまた利用しようかと思います。 "

"【改善してほしいところ】・ゴミの分別がわからない人もいるかと思った。「燃えるゴミ・リサイクルゴミ・不燃ゴミ」としか書いてなかったが、「瓶・缶・ペットボトル」それぞれどこにどうやって捨てるかも記載してほしい。・皿は茶碗系が無くて、平皿の大きさ違いが3種類あった。フライパン、鍋が豊富にあって良かった。鍋敷きがない。・キッチンのタオル掛けがほしい。洗い物をした後に手を拭くタオルをかけられない。・音が響く。リビングが2階にあり階段が吹き抜けのようになっていて、下の部屋まで音が響きやすい。・風呂自動運転をしたら、お湯が止まらず溢れてしまっていた。お湯をはる時は気をつけて見ておく。・机、椅子など至る所に角がたくさんあり、子どもがぶつかると怖いなと思った。【最高だったところ】・近くに西松屋やドラッグストアもあり、子ども連れだったがすぐに買い物に行けて、万が一何か忘れ物があってもなんとかなる！朝は歩いてすぐのパン屋さんに買いに行ける！割と近くにいろんな店があって良かった！・部屋もきれい、お風呂トイレもとても綺麗で気持ちよかった！・洗濯機を使えるところが安心！"

"長崎観光からの宿泊だったので、到着が遅くなりました。タブレットで入力・写真撮影で宿泊者情報知らせる形だったので楽でした。到着する時には電気・エアコンつけてくださっていました。水・お茶好きなようにお飲みくださいと冷蔵庫に冷やしてくださっていました。ありがたかったです。使用することはなかったですが、冷凍庫にいつから入っていたのか分からない氷が心配だったのでコンディションで➖1になっています。子ども達にはファミコン・人生ゲーム・ジェンガ・おもちゃのボーリングを堪能していました。 Wi-Fi完備で問題ありませんでした。交通機関は自家用車がないと難しいかもしれません。またハウステンボスなど行く機会があれば使用したいと思います（ハウステンボスまで車で30分かからないくらい）子ども連れならもう少し大人数で泊まれれば三世代でも使いやすいのかなと思いましたが、楽しく過ごせて良かったです。"

"波佐見の陶器市に行った後に親戚で一泊しました。テラスの前に広がる海の向こうに3本の無線塔も見えてとても素敵でした。料金も手頃でした。夜はみんなで買い出しをして楽しく夕食をとりいい思い出になりました。食器や備品も使いやすかっだです。翌朝は海辺に散歩もでき、想像以上に良かったです。また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思っています。ただ一つだけ‥、洗濯機の中に前泊した人のものが残っていました。かなりびっくりしました。"

"二階建てに和室や洋室がありアットホームで良かった！動き回る子どもも部屋の中をぐるぐる★階段があるのでゴミ箱を移動させて階段から落ちないよう対策！アメニティもあり、洗濯機もあるので洗濯もできます！快適に過ごすことができて良かったです(*^_^*) マイナス点は和室に寝る時に布団を敷くがもともと和室にちゃぶ台がありそれを移動させたりが大変！リビング、ダイニングとテーブルがあるので和室のちゃぶ台はいらないかも。。トータルでみると、完璧です！また宿泊したいです(^-^)"

"I had such a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staffs were helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was amazing as we love Japanese-style Western style, a very unique thing you can only experience in Japan. The hotel is very close to all the attractions and activities you are do in the area. As we drove, it was a different experience as to if you entered the theme park from the main entrance. You don't need a theme park ticket to stay in the hotel, but if you have a ticket, the hotel will give you another ticket for the next day for free. Pro: Hotel Guest parking is inside the park area, you don't really need to walk too far with suitcases. The main attractions and restaurants are walking distance. Con: We just happened to be doing the 'Stamps Collecting' activity, where we had to walk around the theme park, otherwise we would completely miss some of the photo spots closer to the main entrance."
