9.2/10 Wonderful! (367 reviews)
I have stayed before, for 8 days, and given it 5 stars. So it was a real disappointment on this occasion. Fortunately I was only staying 1 night. But it was definitely not up to the standard I expected. The room was in an annex, and in need of a refurb.
