"I booked this Hotel for our Fall Foliage trip to New Hampshire in Laconia N.H. We were in Maine prior for 4 days. I read some reviews while in Maine . NOT GOOD ONES. I said to my husband everyone has their own opinion and expectations . When I booked the pictures helped me to book this Hotel. When we parked in entered to the front desk. I asked if I could see our room before checking in and the Woman said of course. My husband and I both loved the room. Looked just like pictures online. This Hotel I would definitely rate a 4 +"

"Excellent. The accommodation's are great for a large group. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Extra large kitchen and two large tables to seat a group. There is plenty of parking available. The owner of the property is excellent to deal with and takes care of everything you might need right away. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Home was very nice, peaceful and quiet. There are nice little touches like a welcome sign, cooking pans were nice and kitchen well equipped, an induction stove, plenty of games and toys for kids, towels are soft and plentiful and baskets under beds for dirty laundry all of which made you feel at home. If anyone is interested the coffee pot is a Keurig which does a single k cup or a pot of coffee. The vrbo listing was a little off because we thought there were two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms but there were only 2 full bathrooms. Patti was very prompt in responding to my questions and pleasant to deal with. I would rent this home again!"
