Bon hotel
Bon hotel avec l avantage de disposer d une grande piscine et d une belle terrasse pour se reposrer apres le safari. Chambre tres grande salle de bain immense mais decoration un peu sommaire. Chambre propre. Personnel accueillant. Peu de monde au restaurant malgre une bonne cuisine locale.

Booked Ranthambore Villa at last minute for our last minute jungle safari trip to Ranthambore. The property is supposed to be new but needs a lot of improvements. There were cockroaches in our room and bathroom was dirty when we checked in and had to request to get it cleaned (the staff did it fairly quickly). The TV and phone in our room stopped working after first night and we were told that the guy who can fix it is sick so he cannot look at it. The hot water runs only few hours a day which is not abnormal but most days we got only lukewarm water. The hotel restaurant is average and has weird operating hours and any non-buffet orders take a long time to prepare, sometimes even more than an hour wasn't enough. The staff genuinely tries to help but they can cover only so many of shortcomings. 2 out of 5 stars. I would recommend looking anywhere else unless you are booking in a hurry (like us).

Sir we provided one room at ground floor and 01 room in first floor as on arrival we came to know that you all are together. As your booking generated in 02 different bookings. You asked me to provide rooms together but we were helpless to do that. Than you said bath room smelling, not dirty as you mention in your feedback, After our discussion I personally went in your room to check but there was nothing as you said even than my staff cleaned again. For your kind information we are using high quality chemical for the cleaning. I am surprised to here about cockroaches. Regarding the phone, I am really sorry for that, the line got damage, after your check-out it took 02 days to fix the line. Regarding TV it was stopped just for few Hrs. from main line. But it was working during your stay. Hot water timing is fix but we are providing more than fixed time. I will try more to improve as per guest test. But I also know I couldn't provide you room as per your choice so we can understand you were unhappy. Regards

Fantastic stay
Amazing place to stay. Big clean rooms with very helpful staff. Great food - try the mutton masala! Really fast at responding to emails.
