[More information](https://www.expedia.co.uk/lp/b/content-guidelines) 10 - Excellent 0 8 - Good 0 6 - Okay 0 4 - Poor 0 2 - Terrible 2 ### 2.0 Cleanliness ### 2.0 Location ### 3.0 Staff & service ### 2.0 Property conditions & facilities ## Reviews Verified ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 22 Oct 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 詐欺 ４月にサブサブでのホテルを探し、料金、設備、立地の条件で妥当な当該ホテルを予約 Hotels.comでホテルの立地照会の地図で見るとサブサブ空港から市街地に向かい 少し手前で街まで徒歩５分くらいの距離でこのホテルに決め予約する。 前日に空港到着時刻を聞かれ答え当日空港到着時に電話するように言われ、到着後電話を入れる。 送迎車に乗り市街地へ其処に別の車（４ＷＤ）が来て乗り換えるように言われる。 食事とか買い物はしなくていいかと聞かれたが、チェックインし荷物を部屋に置き買い物する予定なので早くチェックインしたいと答える。車はどんどん市街地から遠ざかりとんでもない山の頂上に到着し此処だと言われる。山頂の一軒家でクマは出ないかもしれないが何が起きるかわからない危険な所。急な坂を徒歩では暗くなると道に迷うかもしれずとても危険、タクシーでは登れないので４ＷＤ車をチャーターするしかなく莫大な費用が掛かる。以上生命の危険、膨大な出費の理由でキャンセル。過去にも地図を頼りに着いたら別のホテルだったとか若干地図と違うとかの経験はあるが。今回はミスとかではなく意図的に違う地図を掲示していると疑わざるを得ない。 ドライバーに経営者かと尋ねたがマネージャーとの返事、キャンセルすると告げると電話で（経営者？）とやり取りし別に部屋が有ると言われ、今晩寝る所もないので見ることに、すると市街地から徒歩５分位の所に行き部屋を見せられ、１泊Ｆ＄１１５と言われ、そもそも地図がデタラメで宿泊出来ない所で、もう支払い済みなので振り替えるように言うが、別物なのでダメだという。野宿もできないので仕方なく決めカードは不可と言われ現金のみでならまけろというが１１０にしかならず仕方なく５５０をＡＴＭでおろし必ず領収書を渡せと言う。荷物を部屋に置き、１時間ほど買い出しするのでその間にシーツ交換、タオル交換、シンクの中の洗い物を片付け領収書を作成するように言う。買い物後戻ると何もされていない、夜タオルとシーツは持ってきたが領収書は翌日持ってくると言ったきり、とうとう持ってこなかった。ｗｉｆｉも無かった。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 5 nights in Oct 2019 Verified ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 16 Apr 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities This property has million dollar view in every direction - it is stunning. However the house was very dirty, the floor was greasy and slippery, the fridge had rotten food in it, there were no towels for showers. Overall being inside the house was a very unpleasant experience, however being outside the house was very picturesque and peaceful. Fortunately we only stayed there one night. Also it is a VERY steep hill to the property - only 4WD will be able to access. Our car needed to be left at the bottom of the hill and we climbed the very long very intensely steep hill in the dark at 8pm at night (with four children!) because the person who was meant to give us a courtesy ride to the top was "unavailable" - this was very disappointing. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Apr 2019 ---
