"A beautiful chateau, full of charm and character. The room we stayed in was stunning, beautifully quiet with a massive bed. Facilities excellent in terms of pools and spa. Staff were all very welcoming and spoke many languages. The highlight is the restaurant which has a choice of set menus which were quite simply amazing and the wine list very extensive. "We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

Château de Courban & Spa Nuxe

COMFORT air-conditioned house with garden, terrace in Medieval City in Burgundy

10/10 Excellent

Logis Hostellerie d’Aussois

10/10 Excellent

"It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day on the road. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Our only regret was not to stay longer."

Hôtel de l'Ecu

10/10 Excellent

"Very nice staff. Appears to be family-run. They work very hard. Really really good restautant at the hotel run by the same family with excellent local food."

Charming Stay in Molesme

10/10 Excellent

"Cozy spot with a peaceful courtyard to relax in."

Château in Champagne, luxurious, very affordable, private for 1 Family /group

10/10 Excellent

"Great place with 7 rooms, some are of course nicer set up than others. The pool is lovely and heated. Some downsides like very limited towels and the hosts could be a little more relaxed about their attitude towards vacationers using the house and the tours. They no longer do chef at the house, but the dinner we got delivered was very nice and lots of food. Very close to lots of cute little champagne houses. They could also probably rehabilitate some of the rooms like the dining room to their former glory because right now it's not very pretty."

Le Marronnier

8/10 Good

"A cozy place for overnight, half board is strongly recommended."
