Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a clear view on the lake of Serre-Ponçon. Cleaning included, we are waiting for you! The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops. The flat is composed as follows \- a living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area. \- An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, hood, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer space... \- A mezzanine with a double sofa bed. \- a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed. \- a bathroom with a bathtub. \- a separate toilet. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a tumble dryer, a clotheshorse, hangers and a HiFi system.
