The house is absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. We really felt like we had a private villa on a private beach. We were a big group. 10 adults and 3 children. Each little family had their own room and connected bathroom. The pool area and kitchen brought everyone together while the rooms gave us our space and privacy at night. We loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed the best sunsets every night. We saw iguanas, sloths, macaws and butterflies during our stay. We had sloths, monkeys, iguanas, lizards, tortoises and many types of birds right at our back door. The beach was beautiful. The local dogs were so fun to play with. The house was so clean. The beds were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 washer and dryers. We had Flori make us breakfast every morning and she was a highlight of the trip. So friendly and accommodating. First off… the house is incredible and such a perfect layout for families or groups. The rooms are clean and each is separated just enough while still leaving space to hang out. It is so beautiful! All of the amenities you could need and then some. The laundry room, the kitchen and the outdoor kitchen are fully stocked and have beautiful appliances. Flori is so accommodating and helpful! Be sure to ask about her brothers surf lessons!! He was great! The beach is by far the best beach anywhere in Jaco, Quepos, Manuel Antonio or any near by location we visited. We kept going “back home” to whale watch right from our very own beach, watch the stingrays play in the waves, enjoy the baby monkeys in the trees, hunt for sloth sightings surround the entire villa, watching dolphin pods swim by,or just surf and boogie board the perfect set of waves rolling in.
