This is a beautiful property. It was clean, well maintained and had everything you needed in the kitchen. Saw Scarlet Macaws everyday and monkeys came through several times. The beach is a runner or walkers paradise. The firm sand goes on for miles. We were greeted by Ronaldo and the caretaker who were lovely. The place was clean, private and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the beach including boogie boards, beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. We saw so many cool animals from Macaws in the morning and Iguanas during the day. The monkeys in the afternoons were entertaining, but they will steal your stuff so watch out. Arriving from the mountains this was a great place to warm up. The beach was virtually ours and was wide, clean and wavy! Location really is superb. The communication throughout some problematic travel and plan changes was first class and understanding. I hate to think how long the hosts rep waited for us but he was there on a delayed arrival. The house is modern and very clean, backing directly onto the palm lined beach. Make sure you take condiments and cooking spices, but otherwise the kitchen is well equipped. Just the one lounger and no beach chairs so bring what you need for hanging out on the beach. Overall, very highly recommended for a peaceful chill out with the surf soundtrack. ##### Richard S. The caretaker Jose Luis is hard at work all day making sure the surroundings are spotless, he is very nice, friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and he answered all my questions within a few minutes. You are very close to Dominical maybe a 10 minute drive as well as to many other activities.
