"Quaint retro style hotel. Staff were polite, courteous, and openly friendly. Definitely enjoyed my stay. And being next to The Olde Pink House and Reynold’s Square was an added bonus. Also, Planters Inn is next to a permanent stop for The Savannah Hop-On-Hop-Off Trolley Tour, which made touring the historic district a breeze. Essentially providing door-to-door service."

"The hotel’s location is excellent. You can walk easily to all sightseeing and slog the river. Go and see the plant and the area around. The hotel facilities are very good and there is coffee and tea available all day. The breakfast is not bad, a usual American breakfast with some eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruits and sausages. There’s parking on streets if you don’t want to pay 40 bucks for the valet. Savannah’s city website makes it easy to pay on the phone via app. "

"i LIKED THE KINDNESS OF THE STAFF- TANYA AND ABRAM WAS GREAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE OLDER LADY IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS KIND AS WELL AS THE OTHER ASSISTANT. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. NEED BEEF OR TURKEY SAUSAGES AS WELL. HOMEMADE GRITS AS WELL NEXT TIME...."

"Very nice hotel. Fire alarm went off late in Sunday evening forcing evacuation. Fee to park is a bit extreme, even in Savannah. "

"I had to find a hotel last minute due to my AirBnB not working out. SpringHill Suites was a fine place to stay with the bonus of free breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable but needs a few updates...which apparently renovations are in the works. The one downside was, my curtains didn't reach to the bottom of the window sill (and my room's window happened to open up to the the outdoor swimming pool area). The hotel is in a great and convenient location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would and will definitely stay there again. "

"Perfect location for my first solo stay in Savannah. Staff were very welcoming. 7th floor room was perfect for watching the container ships come down the river. Staff did excellent job cleaning my room. "
