You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Casa Tropical Cottage w/ Pool

Your home away from home is located in the fishermans village of Savaneta in the heart of authentic Aruba. Away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy hotel area this cottage is a great central place for you to explore the island.. and come back to at the end of the day to relax in the pool surrounded by coconut trees.

The cottage is tucked away between big trees and the garden is fully secluded, with it's own private entrance through the garden and a private patio, features an outdoor kitchen, brand new bathroom with rain shower and a comfortable king size bed (Hyatt Grand Bed II by Sealy). A silent air-conditioning and additional ceiling fan make the place very comfortable. In the outdoor kitchen you will find everything to cook your own food and nearby supermarkets (2 min by car) have everything in stock that you might need. The tropical garden and pool are shared places and the pool closes at 10 PM. (Pool parties are not allowed). Guest have access to their own parking space

Free wireless internet and cable tv is available.

The Caribbean sea such as Baby Beach (approx. 15min), Mangel Halto (just a few minutes away) to take a dive or watch the sunset. We can provide you with beach towels and a cooler if needed. Even better is to enjoy your dinner and see the sunset at the deck at Marina Pirata or Zeerovers restaurant (our favorites), just a few minutes away!

There are pets on the premises, one dog. She is very friendly and love to have guests around.

Late check out is possible untill 4 pm, if available, at an additional cost of $40.

We had the place to our self and it was so beautiful we only would leave for a few hours and spent most of our time there. We had a pool and a full kitchen it was perfect.

NOT as described and definitely NOT clean

We had trouble finding the place, messaged & never got a reply. Finally found the place, still not once had any contact with host. They did not check on us to make sure we got settled or that all was good. The listing said “whole house” this is a room with a bathroom & an outdoor kitchenette. There was a pile of dirt on the floor that I stepped in right after we brought our bags in, dried blood on the bathroom floor, dead bugs under the glasses on sink, something black coming out of the soap dispenser, and bugs flying everywhere. We use the bug net around the bed but still had bug bites in the morning. The “guide” said we get 3 rolls of TP but we only had 2, and there was a wash basin under the outdoor sink for washing any clothes. We had 4 towels for a 6 night stay with 2 people. This was not our first trip to Aruba and not our 1st time staying in a tropical place either. There was definitely some issue with the bugs here because we had not experienced this many bugs, both flying and crawling, anywhere else. It was ridiculous! Also the pool is NOT private for just this listing. It is shared with the other 3 or 4 rooms in this area. Plus it was not clean, even after the gardener came it still looked green We couldn’t take it after a few days and messaged the host that we were checking out to go stay somewhere else, Again NO Response!!! No apology, NO questions, NOTHING!!!! I wish someone would have left a review to let us know before we spent our hard earned money
