Incredible, beautiful, comfortable and clean! What else can we say! This stay had everything we needed including ocean views and access. We paid the added 150 to pre-stock fresh fruits, snacks, drinks and food staples for our 4-night stay - a little expensive, but it was great to have light meals handy between outings, saving us a grocery trip. Communication with the owner was great and the property manager, Fiar, was incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations for nearby restaurants, shopping and grocery. This place is close enough to everything (we had a rental car), and yet, felt secluded and private without feeling unsafe. One of our best vacations ever! ##### K B. Nothing fancy - but a very clean Villa right on a very secluded part of the beach. All new appliances, remodeled bathroom, and cold A/C throughout the entire Villa were a plus at this Villa! Villa also had an outdoor charcoal BBQ pit and a new gas grill. A wonderful private little place to relax and recharge without breaking the budget. In the evenings, my daughter and I would sit on the covered porch and play games or sit on the lounge chairs along the beach (directly outside from Villa) and watch the sunset. We rented a car so traveling to other parts of the island and resort areas were simple. The owner and staff really care about your comfort and want to ensure that all of your expectations are met. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the covered patio and soaking up some sun at the small beach. The kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment that were provided kept our 2 teenagers entertained. The beach area is small and the ocean floor is rocky so not great for playing in the water but we saw a lot of fish when we were snorkeling. When we wanted more beach, we just loaded up the beach chairs that were provided and drove to Baby Beach or Eagle Beach which are both about a 20 min drive away. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals when we didn't want to go out. There are 2 houses with 3 total units at Peachy Beach. Our 2-bedroom unit took up 1 house and had a private patio with a beautiful view of the water and use of the shared outdoor space with lounge chairs and more tables.
