On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Sautens, in a quiet position in the residential district, 5 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area. Private: small terraced garden with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, café, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake "Piburg" 5 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m, skisport facilities 4 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Freizeitpark Area 47 5 km, Aqua Dome Längenfeld 22 km, Stuibenfall Umhausen 14 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochötz 4 km, Kühtai 20 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Umhausen 13 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
