Perfect
Super clean. Everything worked. Close to Helen. This is a great place for couples to stay. Quiet, peaceful, very well maintained. We stay in cabins a lot, this is definitely one of our favorite places now.

A slice of mountain heaven
We enjoyed our stay at the woodland waltz cabin. It’s convenient to the town of Helen as well as many other activities around Helen. It is a nice clean cabin for a couple keeping it simple at same time. Now I do want to say to others be sure to follow their directions instead of your gps. This will make it a lot easier to find but they tell you this and send you the directions. I definitely recommend this little cabin in the woods.

Ok, not great
The cabin was as advertised. The kitchen and hot tub were in very good condition, with adequate pots and pans / dishes. Unfortunately, the couch was horrible. Not just bad but should be in the trash. There was not a single way to get comfortable on it and besides that there was only one other chair. TV was totally iffy, but that didn't bother us. The bed made my husband's back hurt, but I was comfortable.

Great Little Cabin
Overall the cabin was great! I think description was queen bed and I was greatly surprised to find a king bed instead. Bed was very, very comfortable. Sofa needs to be replaced, the spring were poking me. If not whole sofa, at least the cushions. Also, every cabin needs to have at least one recliner. There were a few bugs in the cabin, spraying would help. We really enjoyed our stay there. Very quiet, cute area. Road will need some repairs VERY shortly. Cabin was more than we expected for the price. I would stay there again.

The hot tub was wonderful. Needed to be more explanation about tv. Couldnt get anything on it or how to sign in to our own streaming services. Weren't there to watch tv, so didnt really miss it.

Cute and cozy
Cozy cabin for two. A bit disappointed that there was no fire pit. Also the cabins are close together so there’s not much privacy. The hot tub is on the front porch with no privacy whatsoever. I didn’t expect to have to go buy hand soap for the bathroom. Would’ve been nice to have a cheap bar of soap.

Nice little getaway
We enjoyed our time at Woodland Waltz. Though it was cold and wet, we liked to have home cooked breakfasts in the fully stocked kitchen, played games, and watched movies. The hot tub was a welcome reprieve after spending all day walking around Helen. The cabin was clean and had a nice seating area on the porch. The bed was a comfortable king size with plenty of blankets.

Cozy cabin that we never wanted to leave!
This rental is even more beautiful in person. The jacuzzi was heaven, the decor was so beautiful for the holiday season, and we were left with plenty of amenities for a comfortable and easy stay. It is a bit farther away from downtown Helen than we were expecting and the actual layout of the property is a bit confusing (it’s a whole village of cabins, not just this single one off by itself like we were expecting). But it never became a problem because we were so happy with everything provided. There’s also breathtaking hiking trails and vineyards just a short drive away in any given direction. So if you don’t mind about a 10 minute drive into Main Street Helen, and want a picture perfect mountain cabin experience, book Woodland Waltz!

The only issue I had was actually checking in. Email confirmation says we could check in at 4:00. Our code to open the door did not actually work until around 4:20. Other than that overall it was great.

Love this place
This is our second time coming to this cabin. We absolutely love it and plan on making it a yearly event. The rental company staff is fantastic and follow up to make sure everything is okay. We even had a minor car incident that they helped us out with otherwise it would have been bad. It turned out to be a great mini vacation. 5 stars all the way.

Lovely
Very secluded, cozy accomodations for two. Rough road getting in, not for a low riding vehicle. Good proximity to Helen, Unicoi, Anna Ruby Falls. Hot tub very enjoyable.

This property had much to offer that we really like: - Management was outstanding in its communications, policies, genuine concern, and willingness to address issues. - Better than advertised: a dishwasher, bed larger than queen and very comfortable, and new grill was delivered while there. - Fireplace: enjoyable via easy-to-use commercial fire logs. - Christmas Decorations: a very pleasant surprise. - Accessibility Ramp: greatly needed and much appreciated. - Location: close to Helen and to the wonderful Bernie's restaurant in Sautee Nacoochee via a back route. Areas Needing Improvement: hot tub (no step to get in/out, low heat, and terrible controls), lack of grab bars to safely get in/out of tub/shower, challenging road conditions for a sedan, online listing needs updating with focus on the great virtual tour, and coffee maker basket can be easily detached to clean.

Just what we needed
My husband and I took a short getaway to the mountains to hike and relax. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and the location was great for going into town and taking hikes. Really enjoyed the hot tub on the porch!! The only thing that could be improved upon is the kitchen could use some items like a large salad bowl, more utensils and a sharp knife., there are only 3 forks and spoons. If you plan on eating out, it's probably no big deal but we have a special diet so we cooked most meals. I would still rate as a 5, It was a wonderful cabin and we would stay here again!

Wish it would’ve been better
We booked a month in advance but one week before they changed it a hour after we were suppose to. Then had a hard time finding the place with the directions once you got off the road. Then the hot tub had no water in it called management company, supposedly the maids didn’t inform them it was broke. That’s one of the main reasons we booked with them. Shelley was nice and did help but it’s the principle. We won’t be back from this experience. Great views and peaceful though.

Very nice cabin situated close to downtown Helen. Very clean. Only downside was the cabin across road kept their porch lights on all night. Nothing the owner could do anything about. The checkin process was very smooth and personable. They even checked to make our stay was perfect. Would recommend and will stay again.

Great Cabin In A Great Location
Cabin was as advertised. Place was spotless. Adequate supplies meant we didn't have to bring our own utensils, etc. Location was excellent, not too close to town, not too far. We'll be making return trips to the area and will definitely be staying in this cabin again. Keep Woodland Waltz on your short list, you will not be disappointed!

Vacation retreat
Visited during this past Memorial Holiday weekend. The cabin was very accommodating, secluded yet very assessable to local activities. Just a short few miles into the town of Helen which was a real treat. Excellent downtown activities and the local German cuisine was great. Loved the hot tube and the creek running just in front of the balcony was definitely a plus. Would certainly repeat in the future.

Cozy Little Cabin
Cozy little cabin with everything ( except food of course) that we needed. Very quiet and relaxing with a small creek in the front yards. Grilled some steaks and relaxed in the hot tub. Would suggest a few more towels for the hot tub but other than that everything was perfect.

Great place to relax after a long nature’s hike. I think the only thing we had a problem with was accessing the regular channels on the TV. We just wanted our regular channels but it won’t let us. Everything on that TV is confusing (I guess, for midlifers like us). If you’re tech savvy, you’d probably figure it out. But...Overall experience is a 5 star.

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was quiet and private, while still being close to Helen and hiking. There were a few small maintenance issues, that I sent to the management company which hopefully they will address. We would definitely consider staying here again.
