"If you are looking for an experience, the Priory does not disappoint. The only room on the property for guests has ties to the Romans from the year 1070. The church itself is decommissioned, but continues to host concerts. Being from the United States, opportunities to be surrounded by such history do not exist. "Beautiful property. Wonderful host. Could not ask for more. We have stay in 8 hotels over three weeks of this holiday and this was the best bed and most comfortable. "

"A special treat to stay in a chateau, so a bonus to also be able to have dinner there too. We stayed in the chateau itself rather than the renovated outbuildings, which was fun. Lovely buffet breakfast too. Very reasonable too, IMHO."
