Tiolet tank flusher broken all week.
Only 2 electric receptacles in the room. If we didn't bring multi plugs I don't know what we would have done. Better bring extension cords with you. Front desk couldn't help. The hand shower head had hard water all over it, which hasn't been cleaned in awhile... the safe had to be repaired. Our original flight was canceled by Jet Blue on July 22, 2026 and was charged $330.0 per person to stay over by the hotel. The rest of the staff was great.
