"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues. Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort. Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. "Nice and friendly staff. Room is clean. Just runs out hot water when we arrived at 7pm. Breakfast need to be improved, only scrambled egg on toast for 3 days. Not single piece of fruit as advertised. Overall, still a great price and location. Recommended on budget accommodation."

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! It was one of the worst experiences I've had with hotels. No lie, we felt like someone was entering our room while we weren't there. We had dirty dishes in the room, but we didn't use any!! The property was a mess and very dirty. The breakfast was not amusing at all. And it only had very few selection of food to pick from. "In a fabulous location but very run down. Lack of plug sockets. Cord for electric jug didn’t reach the one plug socket so we had to boil the jug of water sitting it on the floor. Intermittent wifi so do your online documentation when wifi is available, don’t wait. And on our last day, no hot water, so it was a cold shower for us."

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime.
