DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner has no pride in his building, is rude, a liar and has no integrity. I stayed at Inn on Pim on Saturday June 13th, 2026, and left within two hours of checking in. Besides our room key not working, we noticed that the floor was not swept. When I went to the bathroom, I saw stains on the hand towels. When we grabbed a larger towel to wipe out the melted ice from the bottom of our cooler, we saw that the bath towel also had a stain on it, and had a foul odour. We ordered Uber eats before settling in, and after eating (approx 1 hour into our stay so far), I began to pull the bedding back to get ready for bed, and that's when I saw the fresh blood on my sheets. It looked like someone had previously slept in the bed, and the staff never bothered to even clean the sheets but just remade the bed. Every article of bedding was stained. When I showed the owner the bloody sheets, he accused us of renting the room just to trash it. He pointed to some rice my friend had dropped from our meal (to which we owned up to dropping). He claimed that the sheets were perfectly clean, that we spent 4 hours in the room (even though we have hard proof we were checked into a new hotel two hours later) and that all the stains were made by us. When I called to complain to expedia with proof, the owner continued his lies by saying we were in the room for more than 4 hours, trashed the room and denied us a refund. He has zero integrity in running his Inn.

Room had a bad odour. The mirror in the bathroom fell off the wall smashed on the floor and cut my wifes leg.

Pet friendly and very helpful staff. Beach is a hop skip away, big fire pit that we didnt use but looks awesome, great food. Hosts were super. The rooms were AWESOME. Forget anything you know or remember about old drive up motels, these rooms are re-done and beautiful! We did get a little wielded out by the other questionable patrons, but they were quiet so no real complaints there.
