This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. This condo has sleeping for up to 6 people with an air mattress for sleeping for 2 in the living room. Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. A maximum of two pets are allowed and no dangerous dog breeds are allowed. The condo was perfect and exceed expectations. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, perfect for us with 2 kids (4 years and 18 months). They had all kitchen cooking essentials with lots of space for entertaining and relaxing. Easy walk right out the back door to see the beach, a few feet from the heated pool or steps away from a nice, quiet beach. Publix and Dunkin right across the street which was great! When we pulled up to the building I was a little scared because it was giving off hard motel vibes. The building looked old and not what I was expecting. When we walked inside I was so relieved. It was updated, clean, smelled good, fully stocked (even had beach chairs and boogie boards), and couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach wasn't crowded, it was clean, and direct access. The ONLY downside I would say is the pool rules are a little outdated. Pools at a "beach resort" shouldt close at dusk. We had a ball team full of kids who love the pool. Maybe consider a 10pm time? It was inconvenient for our group. Customer service was also outstanding. We had low pressure and only warm water in the shower. Our host was quick to respond and fixed the water pressure and temperature right away! Ample room, great appliances, so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach was awesome. Watched the surfers many days. Having the Publix grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonalds within 1/4 miles was perfect. The first floor unit was also great for taking our dog out. ##### Mike B. We were impressed with how fresh and new the entire unit felt inside. The unit is identical to the website pictures. The decor is modern with stainless stee appliances, a waterfall edge countertop with barstools and a dining table for 6\. Parking is convenient and we felt very safe. Perfect, short walk to the beach for my disabled husband. Beds were decent. Had everything needed in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were great- much better than usual vacation rental units. Only minor concern was thin walls/ceilings. We loved the location of this unit with a patio that walked right out to a lovely grassy yard and just a few steps further to the beach. We set up a volleyball net in the grassy area as well as on the beach and enjoyed hours of fun playing badminton and volleyball. Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts. Clean and modern unit. The beach access was directly outside our back door and pool was just steps away, so everyone in the family could enjoy their day. We were thankful for the convenient water hoses and shower as we left the beach, so we could wash off the sand. This unit is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The master bed was very comfortable, our girls didnโ€™t like the memory foam mattresses in the second bedroom, but of course that is just preference. Responsive host. Nice and updated condo. Pool was great! Easy access to the beach. Beautiful beach other than all the seaweed or sea grass that is in the water and on the beach. Iโ€™m not sure if that is a seasonal thing. But it was still a great beach. We had problems with the stove/oven working. The host, Taylor, was very responsive. However, once we opened the door to our unit, we were elated with how clean and updated the owners kept everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the washer and dryer worked flawlessly. I was very appreciative of the laundry detergent they had supplied, too.
