Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 2nd floor. Balcony is just 30 feet from the seawall with the ocean on the other side! No screens on the balcony to block your view or picture taking. PLEASE NOTE: NO SWIMMING POOL is available at this time; HOWEVER, our direct oceanfront 2nd floor location more than makes up for it, just look at the pictures. This unit is on the 2nd floor, and once you step out of the unit into the hallway, you are right beside the door to the stairwell that takes you down (1) flight of stairs, go thru the door at the bottom of the stairwell, then you are 8-10 steps from the stairs to the beach. 1) Due to prior hurricane damage, a Swimming Pool is not available until approximately June 2026\. However, a new Seawall has been built around the whole ocean side of the property, and newly built stairs to the beach, so direct beach access is just steps away from the building, and this unit is right beside the stairwell on the 2nd floor, with (1) flight of stairs to go up/down to the outside, then just a few steps to the beach stairs. This condo unit is in the closest building to the ocean in the area, just minutes south of Cocoa Beach. Beautiful sunrises while drinking your morning coffee and/or mimosas on the open (no screens) balcony, directly on the ocean. Also, a great place to view rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Miles of sandy beaches north and south of the condo to sunbathe, walk, exercise and play on. Large Master bedroom with king bed, tv, full-size dresser, dressing area with full wall mirror, lights, countertop and linen closet, large walk-in closet, full bath with walk-in shower, and up-close unobstructed ocean views from the two large bedroom windows. Large Guest bedroom with king bed, tv, full-size dresser, large closet, directly across the hall from the full guest bath with tub/shower, and up-close unobstructed ocean views from the two large bedroom windows. Large living room with 360 ocean views due to full wall mirror, double north facing windows and 3-panel east/ocean facing patio door. Full kitchen with any appliance you could want: full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric four-burner cooktop, wall oven, double sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, over-the-range microwave, duo drip/pod Cuisinart coffee maker, blender, air fryer, Instant Pot, pots, pans, baking sheets and casseroles , cooking utensils, full set silverware, place settings, beverage/coffee/wine cups, etc. Kitchen also has great ocean views, not a dark cramped small room, due to the full living room mirror wall and removal of some of the original walls separating it from the living room. Shopping just minutes away. Many restaurants and activities nearby and north at Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and south at Indialantic and Melbourne Beach. The views from the balcony are stellar. We went in October so the beach was practically empty most of the time. The owners were very thoughtful and provided everything you could need to make your stay pleasant. They communicated with us the whole time. Older but maintained unit. Some exterior construction to the sea wall and pool deck. My wife loved the kitchen with all utensils and some basic provisions. Both bedrooms had nice views ##### Marc J. Such a sweet little piece of paradise. Linda is amazing and really knows how to make your stay comfortable. They have all of the amenities you could possibly think of for a wonderful relaxing stay. You could easily toss a ball into the ocean from the terrace! We watched several spectacular rocket launches from ring side seats. We have stayed in at least 8 VRBO properties in the last year. This was the most completely equipped and comfortable one by far. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Linda and Steven could not be better hosts. They respond to our needs very quickly. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. It sits right on the ocean. The view was somewhat obstructed by the workers fixing the seawall. There is nothing you will need because Linda thinks of everything. We needed batteries and there they were in kitchen draw. ##### Joseph F. The owner did let us know about there being no beach access & that they are fixing the ocean wall -just did not realize they would be so close to the unit & noisy. The unit & building are nice - a little dated. And the parking spot is very small. Overall it was a nice place to stay. ##### Kelly S. The condo is kept up very well. It was very clean and the building had adequate security. We never felt at risk. Security was very apparent and helpful. It was wonderful being right on the beach. Access to the beach was just a small walk down the sidewalk as the stairs to the beach at this complex has not been inspected yet from the authorities. This was not a deterrent to us. If you choose this rental I can’t imagine you’d be sorry ##### Doris F.
