Paradise Beach Club 104 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony. Imagine yourself in beautiful sunny Florida, enjoying the beach, views of the ocean and the salt in the air from this gorgeous ground floor corner unit. The views are second to none from this spectacular unit with large windows in the living and dining rooms offer stunning ocean views. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor corner unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is steps away along with convenient access to the beach. The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish). Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. However, the first floor location means a fairly obstructed view from the patio, with tall fencing surrounding the unit's patio and additional fencing surrounding the pool deck. This wouldn't be the case with a unit on the 2nd floor or above, only on the ground floor. Also, the mattresses in the unit could use updating, especially in the 2nd bedroom where there are two beds. The kitchen is nice (though it lacked coffee, coffee filters, and oil, three things I count on with a kitchen unit) and we were able to cook stuff easily. The condo is in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean front and right next to the pool. The ocean was pretty rough the week we were there but it made the sound of the waves crashing that much better. My pup loved it too. The dog areas are not much, especially for bigger dogs, and the beach in front of the condo is not pet friendly... but you have to walk down some stairs to the actual beach area, so there is a sandy area at the top to the side of the condo where we walked him and he chased crabs and had fun. Even explored in the sea grape forest LOL. There is also an excellent dog park you can take your dogs to that's only about 10 minutes away as well as a dog friendly beach. For the dog park you have to have your pup's up to date vet records and it's $3.00 per day for up to 3 dogs. In all our stay was amazing. Management is very prompt to answer questions and address concerns and the unit was very clean. We will definitely be visiting again! ##### Rebecca C. The best part was the location on the first floor of the building. It was so easy to unload and come and go from this unit as it was very close to the parking lot, but not on it at the same time. At first we were kind of concerned that the building itself seemed to be dated, but relieved that inside our unit was relatively updated and pleasant. Our unit was spacious and we had almost everything we needed minus a washer and dryer. We felt that the trade off was worth having the super close proximity to the beach. Our favorite thing was to watch the waves during the day and listen to them all night. Being an end unit with two extra windows made it bright and sunny during the day, yet we were grateful that there were blackout shades so that we could sleep at night. We were also pleased that it was so quiet in our unit. It would have been great to watch the rocket launches from our unit if they hadn’t been cancelled. The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with. We also enjoyed the extra boogie boards and beach chairs. This was the closest we have ever been able to get to the beach. We stayed on the bottom floor and it was just a few steps to the beach. The pool was under construction while we were there but we hardly noticed because we were having so much fun at the beach, going out to eat at the countless restaurants in the area and visiting Kennedy Space Center. I stayed one week in unit 104 and one week in unit 336\. Both are ocean front, very nice and extremely clean. The ocean views from each are different but gorgeous. The heated pool was nice and the stairs from the pool area made it convenient to get down to the beach. The property manager, Zareh was very accommodating and always available. Since I stayed in 2 different units, he made sure my new unit was the first one cleaned that day so I wouldn't have to wait very long to move from one unit to another.
