Great place to stay in Viseu. Perfect location, nice, clean room. 10/10

We have just returned from a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for a lot of tastes. The hotel was very well located for an easy walk into the old town. Plenty of nice restaurants to try nearby. We would not hesitate to recommend the Pousada de Viseu and hope to return ourselves one day.

Modern and spacious rooms with beautiful views. Calm and quiet in the middle of some amazing scenary. Definitely going back!

This hotel is right in the centre of Viseu, the rooms were very spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a beautiful building and ideal for staying in Viseu.

Very interesting idea that works brilliantly! The building is full of character, lots of history behind it!

Good place to relax with beautiful view

Very relaxing

Wonderful boutique hotel in a quieter area of Viseu surrounded by water fountains, a lovely church and a simply wonderful park with an abundance of wildlife. Great selection of close restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Vintage restaurant just a 2 minute walk. The owner is a real charmer. The staff at Avenida are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. A highly recommended stay

A little dated, but comfortable and friendly. Beware if you are getting on, there are 43 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Good Hotel, in centre of Viseu. I will book again
