Nice toiletries in the bathroom, and a well equipped kitchenette with small hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster made for a very pleasant stay. There was also a good balcony with table & chairs to enjoy warmer weather. Trains and buses were close by and there’s a lot of local cafe’s & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Quest Cheltenham."

"Hotel was a good base, friendly staff and cleaners. Room was a good size with ironing facilities and coffee/tea and a packet of biscuits usually per day ( did have to go to reception a few times as hadnt been left enough).
