The charm takes effect from the outside with its blue windows and doors, and its hydrangeas along the terrace. You enter the living area with soft white and wood tones, and first discover a friendly living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, arranged around a wood stove. Here, no television: you relax with a good book found in the library, or around a board game. However, a video projector connected to the TV box (internet) is available for a movie night (access to Netflix, Canal+ and Disney+) At the back of the room, the fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave (for making cinema night popcorn) and an induction hob for cooking good little dishes. A dishwasher is also there to save you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. In the centre of the room, the dining area allows you to gather around the table. Another option for your meals: the west-facing terrace perfect for your aperitifs and dinners in the evening sun. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a shower and an independent toilet. Upstairs, you discover the sleeping area and its 3 bedrooms. In the first, there is a Queen size bed (160/200). The second is more designed for children with its bunk bed - trundle bed and its single bed. The third offers a Queen size bed, a desk (teleworking possible) and especially a sea view over the Gulf of Morbihan. You also enjoy this sea view from the bathroom, which has a washbasin and a bathtub. For added comfort, a washing machine is available in the kitchen. The property's plot allows you to park 3 cars. Very well located, the rental is located at: \- 150 m from the natural park "Marais de Bénance", \- 2 km from the restaurant "Les Viviers du Ruault oyster cabin", \- 2 km from the restaurant "LE Galichan", \- 2 km from the town centre of Sarzeau, its market and shops, \- 3 km from the supermarket "Super U", \- 4 km from the supermarket "Lidl", \- 7 km from Suscinio's sandy beach, \- 7 km from the "Château de Suscinio", \- 10 km from the thermal baths "Hôtel Thalasso & Spa Miramar La Cigale", \- 10 km from the theme park "Celt'Aventure" On foot, choose your coastal point jutting into the Gulf and tour it, between sand and pine trees. You will find fishermen and oyster farmers at the friendly markets of Arzon or Sarzeau. After these local discoveries, you will discover with your family the historical jewels of this Southern Brittany, at the Château de Suscinio or near the ramparts of Vannes (32 km away).
