Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² flat with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, for rent in Sarzeau. It has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you will be able to take advantage of the residence's 300 m² of green space. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC

- un réfrigérateur neuf était entreposé dans une chambre et nous avons été obligés de le transporter dans la cuisine à la place de l'ancien défectueux qui coulait. Nous avons déposé l'ancien sur le balcon afin de libérer l'accès à notre lit...nous avons 80 ans..Le couvercle de la poubelle est cassé.Sécurité :- plusieurs prises sont descellées du mur et donc dangereuses surtout sur le plan de travail ( photos ci-jointes)- contrairement aux normes de sécurité obligatoires, le détecteur incendie n'était pas installé et vide de pile.- l'aspirateur était totalement bouché donc inutilisable et de surcroît plein D'EAU. Nous avons été très surpris car celui ci n'est pas conçu pour...
