Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises \- A 20 m² living room with TV and a sofa bed \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: – A balcony with a view of the sea, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. Nous avons déposé l'ancien sur le balcon afin de libérer l'accès à notre lit...nous avons 80 ans..Le couvercle de la poubelle est cassé.Sécurité :- plusieurs prises sont descellées du mur et donc dangereuses surtout sur le plan de travail ( photos ci-jointes)- contrairement aux normes de sécurité obligatoires, le détecteur incendie n'était pas installé et vide de pile.- l'aspirateur était totalement bouché donc inutilisable et de surcroît plein D'EAU.
