Welcome to Sarzeau, more precisely in the Saint-Jacques district, where the ocean and nature meet to offer you an idyllic setting. This cosy apartment, perfect for two people, welcomes you just 100 metres from the beach, accessible on foot for morning walks to the rhythm of the tides. Its light-filled terrace will allow you to recharge after a day exploring the Rhuys peninsula, between coastal paths, secret coves and delights of the sea.   
  
The apartment consists of a large living space opening onto a bright terrace, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors on summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and utensils for preparing good dishes. The dining area, with a table for two people, opens onto a friendly living room with a sofa and television. In the evening, the latter transforms into a comfortable sleeping space thanks to a 140x200 cm sofa bed.   
  
A modern bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower and toilet, completes the apartment.   
  
For greater comfort, you will have a private parking space in the outdoor car park of the residence.
