L'agence n'était pas brieffée sur l'emplacement de parking. Le quartier est calme et on est proche du centre ville de Sarzeau comme des plages. Notamment celle du Rohu où l'on peut voir des hippocampes et des signathes avec masque et tuba. Comme améliorations, il faut renforcer l'éclairage de la salle de bains et aussi mettre une rampe pour l'échelle de meunier qui est très raide : la descente est dangereuse. ##### Jean V.
