Simple things are sometimes the best. Drop your bags in this charming modern house decorated with taste and perfectly equipped, where you can spend convivial moments with family or friends, just a few steps from the sea.
This 120 m² house is located in a small corner of paradise in Southern Brittany, between the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Morbihan, a few metres from the Saint-Jacques Fishing Port, near the town of Sarzeau.
This lovely accommodation has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a fenced garden, a 20 m² terrace, garden furniture (dining area and sunbeds) and a barbecue. You will also find a shower at the end of the house.
This house is perfectly equipped and enjoys all amenities both inside and outside.
You will find in particular a large dining kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also made available to you.
Baby equipment can be made available upon request.
Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.

Days are punctuated by the tides and the Breton weather, whose microclimate will not cease to amaze you. With the tides, you can discover spots for shore fishing to bring back shrimps, periwinkles, and cockles. And if your basket remains empty, the markets of the Rhuys peninsula and local produce will remedy that! In season, every Monday the market is within reach, directly at the Port of Saint-Jacques just a few metres from the house, and on Thursday morning in Sarzeau. The islands of South Brittany (Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Ile) and the Gulf of Morbihan (Ile aux Moins, Ile d'Ars, etc.) are not far either and can easily be the subject of a day trip.
