Conveniently located in the complex "Gardens Tizzano" fully renovated, well equipped, this spacious top villa (100 m2) is a guarantee for your holidays by the sea. You will particularly appreciate the spacious terrace where you can dine facing the sea and its truly unique location in a place completely preserved and appreciated.
The house has two adult rooms with double beds and a children's room with 4 bunk beds. Each room is equipped with cupboards. The house has recently fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave ...) overlooking a clear and functional living room.
The house is equipped with a TV, wifi, and a library.
The linen is provided and cleaning is included in the proposed price. You will no longer have anything to pay for the rental.
A young couple occupies garden flat with a completely separate entrance. These two people are responsible for make your life easier by inviting you and resolving any small difficulties of daily life.
You will spend pleasant days spent swimming, hiking or visiting megalithic sites that are nearby. A trip to Sartene, located 20 minutes you will discover the old city, its historical museum and the architectural heritage of the most Corsican of Corsican towns.

Super séjour malgré la tempête
Logement exactement conforme à la description. Propriétaire et gérant très prévenants. La maison est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse voire même pour 2 couples avec enfants.
Même si Tizzano a beaucoup changé depuis 20 ans ca reste un petit village très agréable avec une grande plage magnifique et d'autres a proximité de toute beauté. Les balades ne sont pas forcément évidente à trouver mais ca vaut le coup de les chercher, elles sont superbes!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und funktional eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum.

Vue magnifique
Le haut de maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer et propose des espaces agréables
La personne en charge pour nous accueillir s’est montré très disponible tout au long du séjour.
Néanmoins, le descriptif du logement sur l’annonce n’est pas tout à fait fidèle à la réalité.
Je m’explique : la climatisation n’est présente que dans la pièce principale et ne rafraichit donc pas les chambres. Seul un ventilateur en état de fonctionnement pour les trois chambres.
L’annonce décrit 2 salles de bain, ce n’est pas le cas, il n’y en a qu’une seule. De plus le système d’éclairage ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons donc bidouillé avec des rallonges et des lampes de chevet afin de voir quelque chose dans la salle de bain.
En toute sincérité, le logement détient 8 couchages mais ne permet absolument pas de séjourner confortablement à 8 personnes.
Heureusement que l’accueil était de qualité et la vue belle

Magnifique
Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Tizzano. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Cependant, avec les fortes chaleurs, la clim nous aurait bien soulagés. Mais Norbert Paganelli qui est un homme charmant est bienveillant y pense. Hormis ce détail, nous avons apprécié l'espace dans le logement et la très belle terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer et son coucher de soleil. La plage est très belle et proche et le lieu très calme loin des agitations. Tizzano est un petit paradis, lieu stratégique avec énormément de balades à faire et de coins magiques à découvrir, notamment I Bruzzi à ne pas louper, Filitosa et ses 8 000 ans de mystère et d'histoire, ses menhirs et statues, capitale préhistorique de la Corse, la plage d'argent, Tradicettu, Roccapina, la cascade de Rizzanese et son magnifique pont au milieu du maquis, Sartène et son musée d'archéologie, ses ruelles et vieilles bâtisses en pierre ainsi que ses délicieux produits. Nous nous sommes régalés autant par les décors somptueux qu'offre cette région que par sa gastronomie.......Excellentes tables Chez Antoine , U Sirenu, la Bergerie d'Acciola, la Ferme équestre de Santu Pultru, où les plats sont préparés avec des produits bio et locaux. Le veau est une tuerie dans un cadre typiquement corse et superbe. Nous remercions aussi Max et Laurence pour leur accueil chaleureux, et bien-sûr le propriétaire Norbert Paganelli, un poète de renom et artiste peintre également, d'une rare gentillesse et humanité. Traumhaft!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Verwaltendes Ehepaar superfreundlich und diskret, top ausgestattet, herrliche Lage, viele schöne Aktivitäten in nächster Nähe, nette Epicerie in Tizzano, gute Restaurants, ruhig, weil 12 km abseits der Hauptroute, einfach nur perfekt!

Superbe vue mer et plage à proximité
Belle maison, intérieur confortable et spacieux. Pas de jardin ni transats mais une grande terrasse couverte avec un magnifique panorama pour prendre les repas. Max et Laurence aimables et réactifs en cas de besoin. Séjour très agréable. Une seule petite remarque mineure :renforcer l’équipement de cuisine (un ou 2 couteaux pour la cuisine, un grand couvercle)
