Very good surrounds. No one around, so had the entire pool to ourselves. Breakfast top notch as compared to all the other hotels in Northern Italy we went to during our 1 week visit.

I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

The management had changed hands only one week before the arrival of our group of 38 people. Dinner was expected as had been booked but the new manager was not aware. A lovely local lady was employed to be a translator as the group were all English and did not speak good Italian. A menu was provided by the hotel and the group were all fed. The hotel exchanged breakfast for the evening meal at their expense which was a welcome offer by the group.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room clean, breakfast great with a good selection of local and international options, the place simple, but both modern and with a traditional South Tyrol touch.

Great accommodation . Close to the train station. Very peaceful location. Very helpful staff. Would recommand

Fabulous hotel, with great amenities. We were upgraded to a suite, and it was spacious and modern. Highly recommend

Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you) which was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and an evening meal which was delicious. There is a large selection at breakfast including a hot buffet. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station and it is easy to get into Bolzano by train, one stop, or alternatively a bus.

Fantastic Spa break location. Facilities are amazing, food incredible, staff super friendly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

A really unique experience. Great location close to city centre. The room is beautifully appointed, with push button Controls for everything. Quite modern and high tech. Then there is a shared space with an excellent barrista machine for coffees and a fridge with water and snacks.

Everything was good

We were on a touring holiday of Austria and Italy and this was one of our favourite hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel on one evening and it was warm enough to eat on the terrace. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Although not in the centre of Bolzano, it is only a 15 minute walk into town and taxis are not prohibitively expensive (we took one back to the hotel at around 11pm and it cost 8 euros). There are also regular buses...

The breakfast was really excellent, with a wide selection of fruit, cheese and meat. Accompanied by eggs cooked to order.
