It is located in Sarlat 600m (6 minutes walk) from the historic heart of the city and 300m from a large supermarket. This studio is equipped with a modern kitchen with all the equipment and accessories necessary for its proper functioning, as well as a washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm double bed, an office area with Wifi and satellite TV, heated and cooled floor. Sheets and towels are included in the price. Portable BBQ available on request. This rental has its own secure private parking and is located on the 3000 m2 wooded property. The place is perfectly suited for disabled access (wheelchair) from the car park to the studio entrance door, as well as inside. Our animal friends are unfortunately not invited to reside there and smokers are restricted to smoking outside only. Dominique is a gracious host who went out of his way to meet our every need. The property is within walking distance of the XIII Century city. My wife and I planned day trips but found walking the ancient cobble stone streets of the old city and visiting the many and various shops so much fun we did not leave the town all week. The food is great, the locals are VERY helpful and kind. We had no negative encounters. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Dominique and highly recommend a week or two in Sarlat la Caneda. ##### Robert S. Dominique est un hôte très accueillant et très sympathique. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable , calme et propre ! We stayed six days in this very comfortable unit and we were so sad to leave. Every detail has been taken care of in this thoughtful accomodation designed by a traveler for travelers. We appreciated the cleanliness of this modern, new apartment, with clean designs and elegant decor. The bed was so comfy that only the excitement of seeing this beautiful area motivated us to get up early! The photos do not do this place justice. Since we have been traveling for quite some time, it is wonderful to be able to cook in this well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is quiet--which my husband so very much relished-- with a nice patio and furnishings that we enjoyed during the day and evening. It is perfect to enjoy that glass of the regional wine and eat cheeses you purchased at the outdoor market. We are walkers and had no car. The town is 10 minutes away by foot with interesting architecture along the way. Every manner of good food is located in the shops and markets and the Wednesday and Saturday farmers' market is not to be missed. The tourist office gives an good walking tour during the season, and little streets and alleyways add to the city's charm. The best feature about this place is the owner. He was very quick to respond to our questions and our needs before and during our stay, which is very comforting when you are far away from home. His kindness to us was exceptional. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre ville,c'est aussi un excellent point de départ de randonnées pour visiter la région. le studio est très confortable, la literie impeccable ,la cuisine bien équipée et surtout...une grande terrasse donnant sur un grand jardin.De quoi passer de bonnes vacances!
