Place needs some serious maintenance. Door safety latch locked me out of my room, toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, low water pressure in the shower, old TV with no option for apps.

My room had visible damage and smelled terrible. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so the shower made the entire room extra humid and stuffy, especially because there was no way to get any kind of fresh air in the room. Possibly the most frustrating part of the experience was the parking at the hotel is not included with your room and is $30 a night. Then, there is the bar downstairs. The rooms all face inward into a giant lobby and bar, which would be very cool if you couldn't hear everyone downstairs all night in your room. I really cannot overstate how loud it was both nights I was there.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast and Dinner was good considering it was included. Can improve on having a bigger dining area. Also, only one elevator was working so waiting for one took a lot of time. We didn't mind walking up and down the stairs. It was a big inconvenience for elderly people. Location was next to a busy road so a good amount of traffic noise but didn't mind it. Overall, positives outweighed the negative. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The building is showing some age in a few places, but it is clean and safe and with only 1 exception, the staff are AMAZING at making travelers feel welcome. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, even at the tail-end of the serving hours. Parking is a breeze and the lot is well-lit at night, and the complimentary area shuttle is perfect for going to Truist Park for a Braves game or to local shopping areas.
